This morning did rock; I liked that WOD ….. And you said my legs would “probably” hurt tomorrow …. Wrong; they DO hurt NOW!!!!
This is my first Rx! Not much over the shoulders so gave Rx a go and nailed it. A little slow but felt awesome.

I agree Kerri – this morning’s workout did rock – great workout. Thank you Megan. Would have preferred Tabata Abs rather than Tabata Squats – legs are sore!!!! Got into work and 2 of my colleagues who attended this morning’s workout cannot move – I think they will be a bit slow today!!!

RX’d in 15:00 flat but not happy as I could not group more than 10 KB swings unbroken together.

rocked up at the end of the 5:30 class which was chockas and was told by everyone how hard the class was so I was really nervous at the start of my workout and not looking forward to the pain. I did the workout in 17:44 RX and really enjoyed the workout. Feel Awesome now
Wow great numbers through the class, a booking system will be introduced very soon to make sure everyone gets the attention of the coach they deserve
