We have changed this slightly – it is only 5-10-15-20-15-10-5, and a cash out after of tabata burpees!
Good one this morning!! Loved it.. probably should have gone a bit heavier.. 25kgs.. but managed all shoulder to overhead unbroken.. so I reckon too light!
Pull ups are coming along nicely hoping for one to arrive in time for Tough Mudder!!
Kerri was awesome in over coming her fear of clowns!! Nice work.. James and I are disappointed that we didn’t get wine and cheese… but it was good to see you on top of that box
Thanks Kymme; we can still do wine and cheese and it’s my shout as you and James are way cheaper than therapy!! You will have at least 10 unbroken pull ups by tough mudder …… or a wet arse when you come off those monkey bars!! I did 9:05 at 20kgs.

Was all alone tonight for the 6:30 sesh. Alex was my 3…2..1 man, that is all I remember him saying to me throughout the WOD! Was a good one and my tired, sore body managed to do the workout in 11:27rx. Still working on getting strict pull ups in a row, keep practicing. Rest day tomorrow
Big 6am class today with some fast times posted by Alistair, Rohan and Tonia had 3 first time crossfitters also who preformed brilliantly.
