ANZAC DAY CLASS – 12PM
Please note you will need to go through the Nine foundations of CrossFit first before you can enter the CrossFit Classes.
Once you are deemed proficient by one of the trainers you will be able to do the classes or FREE to do your own CrossFit Sessions.
Please book in and see one of the trainers to get you foundations of CrossFit done..
