@ 63.8kg bw scaled KBback to 16kg for 13 complete rounds. Happy to have maintained good effort with rythm at this weight as opposed to potentially over extending self with 24kg prior attempting 12.3.
Cudous for Alistair going for 24kg.
Scaled to 16kg KB and got just over 8 rounds out. Happy with that.
I think Terry cheated, though, by making us do a WOD as a warmup!!!!
