    Loved it – nailed 10 kipping Pull Ups in a row. Previous best – 4!!!!
    Came in at 2 rounds 47 reps (7 P/U in 3rd round).

    Good fun – still hate burpees.

    Go Mal. smashed your pb in the pullups. Look out Kris….
    Proud of Caleb tonight who did the WOD with Marchen. Caleb had sweat dripping off him and he had Em and I telling him not to give up. He locked himself in the supps room after it finished and recovered! Go Caleb.
