    Enjoyed the workout this morning as always. It was a “nice” workout to start off with and then the last 10 minutes – WOW!!!! – awesome. Had fun. I reckon my little arm muscles might be a tad sore later this afternoon. PB’d my push press thingies – 32.5kg – watchout classmates I am catching up to you all!!!!

    I did 45kg push press x 3 then RX’d the workout going up to number 7. Missing my Chelles this week too

    Top Work guys you are all killing it. Well done to Dilhan, Gareth, Dave, Kylie. C and Nic who all rxd todays WOD in the arvo class. For those who scaled keep pushing towards those goals, its all about PB’s.
