A hard one this morning, but bopping away to Terry’s music mix made it enjoyable! It brought back memories of the good old private bin, hey mal! And well done with mal with 100kgs! I thought I was rx ing until terry told me I only had a 15kg bar!!

Great work to both class, was a really challenging WOD today and everyone put in a massive effort. Remember there are O’lifting classes on Monday & Wednesday afternoon to work on those complecated moves, hope to see you guys there
