    I can’t let the day pass without giving credit where it’s due and Matty has certainly earnt it this week. He has helped me pace myself and shorten my breaks during WODs, resulting in a couple of fantastic finishes that I was not aware I was capable of.

    I nailed today (at 50kg) in 6:59, a feat I would not have considered possible 2 weeks ago.
