Now we are into our second month of the Wendler Strength cycling – add 5kg to your Squat/Deadlift 1RM’s and 2.5kg to your press 1RM to calculate your new percentages

Skill/Strength
Wendler Back Squat – 5 (65%), 5 (75%), 5+ (85%)
Accumulate 10 Clap Push ups between sets

WOD
8 min AMRAP
5 Squat Cleans 50/35kg or Power Clean+Front Squat (if not proficient)
9 Pull ups

Scaling options – lower weight, banded/jumping pull ups

Mobility

Post load, reps and rounds to comments

    Wendler’s weights are getting heavier!!! Thank’s for forgetting the clap pushups!!!

    Got 6 + 1 rounds/reps Rxd and was pleased with that.
