So for the avo classes, it seemed like a good idea at the time to carry the KB on my back until the shower where a large portion of skin was missing…..’twas a good WOD though

Thanks guys, I’m ok just bruised. Car not so good hitting a guard rail at about 80ks both air bags went off, so I’m hoping it’s a write off…
