    It was great fun to workout under the guidance of Beelzebub himself this morning – i would write something scathing but it hurts my chest and shoulders to hold my hands up to the keyboard.

    Now – have we got the tabata burpees out of our system yet Matt? Seriously – I don’t have the upper body strength to even flip you the bird!!!

    Love the atmosphere and the bantering that goes on at this place …. And the fact that we turn up at 5am or 6am with smiles on our faces …. I hear that the men with white coats know where we are and they will be coming soon!!!

    Mal, you crack me up. I love reading your posts! What a great training day, so many people. I really enjoyed this wod but it was a looooong 15 mins. I will catch you crazy 5am & 6am-ers next Friday morning when I do my first shift behind the desk.
