CrossFit Queanbeyan Classes
Well we were going to just run 1 class on a Saturday, but after having 18 to the 8.30 and 10 to the 9.30am we will keep both on the timetable!!
We will also stick to the two sessions on a Sunday as the numbers have been so good.
Please note a change to the timetable though, with the Oly Lifting on a Wed will be going to a Crossfit Class and there will be NO Oly lifting on a Monday!!
If you really want to progress faster with CrossFit, I would look at getting one of the guys to do some 1 on 1 or small group Personal Training with you. It will make a huge difference!
We are very fortunate to have the likes of Megan, Alex, Kane & Matt all very well skilled and knowledged in different areas of CrossFit, make the most of them and look into some PT…
Also note for Anzac day we will be running a 12pm class only, and also welcome Kris to the training ranks this afternoon as she works with Meg’s in this afternoon’s class. Another awesome person to the ranks of ‘coach’ at CrossFit Queanbeyan…
