You have 10 mins to build a 3rm strict press for the day , once this is reached and the 10 minutes are up, perform 3 on the minute every minute for 15 mins.

Geez that bar got heavy!!!
Did 60kg 5RM and used that for the one-the-minute workout.
Then RX’d 3 rnds 11 reps for the WOD.
Love heavy stuff and LOVE my new wrist guards/wraps. Awesome.

RX’d 3RM Strict press with 50kg
WOD – RX’d with 60kg for 4rnds + 1rep
SHATTERED
70 kg for 5 strict press. Went for 75kg but only got 4 out.
Used 60kg for the 15 mins.
Rx wod with 7 rounds and 9 push press
